And we are back with a bunch of Tracfone promo codes for August 2012! We’ve also discovered that a couple of other websites are stealing our posts nearly word for word. Yes, we see you. It’s not a nice, but we are flattered none the less. Cheers.
So who wants some codes? As always, please let us know how a promo code performs for you by leaving a comment.
If you don’t already have Double Minutes for Life, you can add it to your current phone for as little as $10. Don’t even think twice about doing this. Heck, if you need a new phone, you should check out Tracfones that offer Triple Minutes for Life!
Here are the Tracfone promo codes that are tried and true:
- 67861 – 60 bonus minutes on a 60 Minute Airtime Card! This code apparently also works with 200 minute cards. Some people report using this code many, many times. Others don’t seem to have as much luck. The success to failure ratio is very high. 95% success rate. This code ALSO works for 120 minute cards!
- 77578 – 100 bonus minutes on a 200 minute card.

Just bought an LG800 that came with a 400 minute, one-year card. The phone has triple minutes, so that came to 1200 minutes, plus, I used code 86077 and ended up with 1550 minutes all together. That is somehow more than the 250 minutes listed for that code, but I’m not going to complain.
The codes below get mixed reviews. Try them and let us know how they work.
- 79163 – 20 bonus minutes on a 60 Minute Airtime Card.
- 44501 – 60 bonus minutes on a 450 minute card. (may expire at the end of June)
- 65881 – 200 bonus minutes on a 1-year 400 minute card. (may expire at the end of June)
- 67861 – 60 bonus minutes on a 60 Minute Airtime Card! This code apparently also works with 200 minute cards. Some people report using this code many, many times. Others don’t seem to have as much luck. The success to failure ratio is very high. 95% success rate.
- 78254 – 200 bonus minutes on a 1-year 400 minute card.

Just tried 77578 on both the 120 and 200 minute card, it did not work. 8/30/12
just tried 94074 on 120 minute card and it didn’t work, pretty disappointed. I guess its outdated now, wish I hadnt spent the money
You can call Tracfone Customer Service and have a different code applied if you like.
Just used 94074 and it worked – 300 total min.
I used the 99908 code for the 450 minute card today, and it worked like a charm. Got 1000 minutes total, so thanks a bunches!

just added a 60min/90day card; bought 30min extra for $5; DMFL made it 180min; 67861 made it 240min total. Bottom line $28.10 (x4 = $112.40 year) Prior cell was Straight Talk at $30/mo. for 6mo, then $45/mo for 6mo, $450/yr. I’ll probably skip the extra 30min. for fall & winter and save another $10+. My 1st cell (1997) cost me $30mo, was analog and had limited coverage. Ibelieve I got the handset free with a 2yr contract.

Yikes — I’ve been using 67861 for years. Today, for the first time, I’m getting a message that the code is not valid for my phone! I’ve tried it repeatedly this morning, using different browsers.

this is about the 4th time now your codes have not worked for me. in past YEARS i’ve had tracfone, used your codes, they worked, but since at least Jan. 2012 codes no good. I won’t try again, very disappointing…
I’ve got no answer for you. They seem to work for most people. Perhaps there is something in particular with your account. I know it’s easier said than done, but a call to customer service might be helpful.
One added note: phone is already a DMFL so maybe that’s why these codes are not working time and time again… ?

My friend tryed using the code 67861 didnt work for her her Motorola C261. She already used the code once before.
I didnt have any trouble on mine.
