I have lost my phone. Can I get a new phone w/my minutes on it? I tried to sign up for more minutes yesterday and thought I had better get my phone. It was missing. I know it slid off the bed the other night and I was sick and didn’t get up to see, then the garbage was taken out. I have a small trash can beside my bed. Guess I had better start looking. NO????
If you contact Tracfone they will roll your minutes from the lost phone to the new phone. Net10 will do the same (they are owned by the same conglomerate).
