Here are a bunch of promo codes for September and October 2011 and their current status according to our reader results. Some of these codes may require Double Minutes for Life (DMFL) to fully maximize their benefit. DMFL rules, so you should make sure to acquire a DMFL Tracfone phone.
Here we go, in no particular order:
- 67861 – use with: 60-minute card – provides: 60 bonus minutes!
- 21480 – use with: 1-year card – provides: 300 bonus minutes! (buy card from Amazon for more savings)
- 15758 – use with: 120-minute card – provides: 40 bonus minutes!
- 77578 – use with: 200-minute card – provides: 100 bonus minutes!
- 28079 – use with: 1-year card – provides: 200 bonus minutes!
Another recently popular tip is to purchase a phone combo on the Tracfone site that contains a 60-minute card. Use the card and then sell the phone on eBay or something. People have been reporting success with this technique.

Trying to activate but it says my area is not supported? Indianapolis, Bloomington, Muncie? Even tried 90210 just for the heck of it and it says not supported! Do you know what’s going on?
You need to call tracfone. I had the same problem. They will sent you a phone that will work in your area. You will have to return the one you bought to them in exchange. You have a one year warrenty per phone.
Any problems you have just call or email them. Be persistant.
why do i not get bonus minutes sent to my phone also every promo code i use does not work the last 2 times in the last month have not worked i can now see that i need another phone because this one is far too exspencive number is 520 224 8560 I now live in florida how can i get a new number for florida
I live in Florida, too. Have no problems with promos. However, once when it did not work, I called them. Evidently you cannot use same number more than once on same phone, therefore keep track of codes used. When I was told this info, I had other promo codes on a paper and gave one to the trafone person. She applied it and it worked.

Hey you tracfone people. If you really want a good deal on bonus minutes WOW!! the round up for fall is the place to go. I added a 200 minute card plus double minutes which gave me 100 bonus= 500 minutes, hey thats 1$19.00 bucks free, can’t beat that.

Tried to buy the 200 min card with the 100 min bonus and got an error message on the new website – looks like they (finally) are validating the promo codes BEFORE they make you checkout. message said this promo code is not valid with my phone.

Just used the 60 bonus minutes on a 60 minute card. I didn’t it would work since I have only seen 20 and 30 bonus minutes for that card and it work and I got 180 minutes. I love this site!

#21480 -wow 1100 min total. I already had double minutes on phone. Added 1yr 400 min card for $99.00 + (code #21480 1yr 300 bonus min) recieved 700 bonus minutes =1100 total & 365 days.

Twice this month I bought a 60 minute card from callingmart.com using promo code ca3p-1207 so got the card for 18.82 !! Then used promo code 67861 BOTH TIMES and BOTH TIMES I received 200 BONUS minutes !!
77578 still works as of tonight @ 9:20 PM CST – 11/19/11. Make sure you have a DMFL phone and when you buy a 200 minute card and use this code you should be able to get an extra 100 minutes (total of 500 minutes then) upon purchase just as I was able to do now.
Still works at 11.21.11, 60 bonus minutes code 67861 on the 60 minute purchase.
On 11/21/11, I used code 21480 with a 1 year 400 minutes card on a triple minutes phone & got 1600 minutes!! I used this same code, same card, same type of phone & got 1500 minutes last month…
I just bought a 200 minute card on line from Walmart and they email you the code. I have double minutes for life on my phone. I put on the minutes code along with 77578 code from your website and got a total of 500 minutes!! I’m happy with that. Code worked just fine and much better than the bonus codes I got with my phone.
