So here is my curent problem I can no longer sign my magic Jack so I can use the phone I made sure my Norton Fire wall has it listed to sign on when I clicked on the MJ Icon it came up and with in a few minutes it said in bright big letters this warning you must plug your MG in to the USB port well it is never taken out un less I need to take my pc in for a tune up; so now could there be a short in the device its not as bight as it used to be?? I don't want to buy a new MG but would love it if you would send me a new one free of charge here is my MG local phone number 1-626-248-8000. Please get back to me ASAP I need my phone serice ASAP.
