Call quality and reception is always above par and the minutes are just plain cheap. So that when your Tracfone has a signal, it might actually be on the Verizon or AT&T network, etc. So it's basically like combining the coverage of all the other providers. I bought the phone a month ago and i have 0 complaints and am actually impressed since you don't hear too much about this company. I get service EVERYWHERE! Including tunnels when I am driving (my old phones would go to 'no service', which is what impresses me the most). I used to pay double what I am paying now for phone service and I am getting WAAAAAAAY more for my money now that I am using Tracfone. GREAT Value!
